He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddy G. Walker and Bernice F. Walker (Miller); and his son Barry Scott Walker. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Walker (Spangler); his son Chad Walker; his daughter-in-law Ami Walker; his grandchildren, Leah, Landan, Callen and Audie; his brothers, Barry L. Walker (Jane) and Michael C. Walker (Bea); and his brothers-in-law, Michael Spangler (Shirley) and William Spangler (Kim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and a large number of cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Gary's memory may be made to the American Lung Association and/or the American Cancer Society.
