She was predeceased by: her husband Robert C. Ness; her parents, Emanuel D. Sharp and Maggie Sharp (Swords) of Glen Rock; and her siblings, Millard Sharp, Ernest Sharp, Edna Riddle and Arlene Huson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Rowe of York, Lori Knecht (Martin) of Fawn Grove and Bobbi Fox of York; her grandchildren, Eric McWilliams (Michelle Dunkelberger) of York, Jessica Lopez (Jeremy) of York, Josephine Fox (Andy Hagerman) of New York and Jonathan Fox (Thoa Nguyen) of Nha Trang, Vietnam; her great grandchildren, Theo, Trent, Conner and Genevieve; and her sister Betty Saylor (Ralph) of Winterstown. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
