He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret P. Heckert (Moyer) and George O. Heckert; and his sisters, Cathy Estlack and Marty Klinedinst. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Heckert (Teri Lynn) and Jason Heckert; his grandson Owen Heckert; and his sister Louise Holland (Terry).
