He is survived by: his children, David Savitz (Elizabeth) of Cockeysville, MD and Kathryn Steinman (Howard) of Bethesda, MD; his grandchildren, Conner, Emily Savitz, Drew and Jake Steinman; his siblings, Cheryl Elliott of Fort Erie, ON and Wayne Savitz of Buffalo, NY; and his cousins, Susan Hofmann of New York and Roland Martin of New York.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wellspan York Health Foundation, designation to Cancer Patient Help Fund, or to a favorite charity.
