We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2021, at the age of 78, Gerald P. Hester (York, Pennsylvania), born in Chester, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Hester and Florence Hester (Davidson); and his sister Jane Harford. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Lloyd Hester; his grandchildren, Lauren Hester Andersen (Ben), Allison Hester, Kelly Hester, Daniel Hester, Michael Hester, Emily Schalk and Molly Schalk; his brother Eugene Hester; and also, Christopher Hester M. D. (Brenda) of State College, PA, Paul Hester M. D. (Amy) of Lancaster, PA and Jennifer Hester Schalk Ph.
