He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris M. Jury (Victor) and Guy M. Fringer; and his brother Herbert Fringer. He is survived by: his sister Patsy Small of New Oxford, PA; his nieces, Victoria Fringer of West Chester, PA and Amy L. Slupe of Coatesville, PA; his cousins, Jimmy Chandler, John Chandler and Martha Gurzick; his great-nieces, Madison Slupe and Natalie Slupe; and his great-nephew Collin Slupe.
