He was predeceased by : his wife Christine M. Grim (Brady); and his father Harold J. Grim. He is survived by : his mother Elsie L. Heiss (Mundis) of York; his children, Garrett J. Grim (Victoria Echternach) of York and Amber L. Nissley (Justin) of Yorkana; his grandchildren, Zander A. Nissley and Nova A. Nissley of Yorkana; and his sisters, Tammy M. Sorresso (Philip) of York and Kathy S. Unger (Brian) of York. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Freedom Biker Church (2550 Pine Grove Rd, York, PA 17403).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be offered in Chip's memory to Cancer Patient Help Fund, 2500 S. George St., York, PA 17401.
