He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Stamer and Emily Stamer (Coco). He is survived by: his wife Carol Stamer (Culver); his son Jeremy Stamer (Kimberly); his granddaughter Amanda Stamer; his sister-in-law Rosemary Stamer; his niece Mindy Smith; and his nephew Troy Stamer.
