Diehm) of York and Olivia A. Phan (Nam) of Melbourne, FL; and his siblings, Phong T. Luong of Hellam and Giang T. Nguyen of St. Petersburg, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - York (2935 Kingston Rd, East York, PA 17402). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (2935 Kingston Rd, East York, PA 17402).
