She was predeceased by: her husband Philip E. Abel; her parents, Harry E. Bridendolph and Mary Bridendolph (Good); her son Michael T. Abel; and her siblings, Charles Bridendolph and Helen Carbaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey L. Abel (Susan) of York and Lisa K. Crouse (Michael) of State College; her daughter-in-law Lisa Abel of Newtown Square; her sister-in-law Linda Abel of York; and her brother John Bridendolph of Bowie, MD.. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
