She is survived by: her husband Robert Edward Bartram; her sisters, Joan Evanitus (Marty) of Mt. Wolf and Judy Angel; her sons, Robert Jacobs of Bellefonte, Gary Jacobs (Paul Sandoe) of West York and Kevin Jacobs (Beth) of Dover; her grandchildren, John, Alexis, Ryan, Jared, Daniel, Joel and Britni; and her great grandchildren, Charlie, Lucy, Summer, Kylie, Guiliana, Gabrielle, Alivia and Allyssa. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
