She was predeceased by: her husband Wilmer E. Hineline; her mother Margaret M. Foster; her siblings, Warren and Peggy; and her sister-in-law Claire.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda Barley (Steve); her grandchildren, Shendie, Shelby, Jamie and Jared; her brother Jerry Foster (Sandra); and her stepchildren, Ruth Fisher and Robert Hineline. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

In accordance with Jeanne's wishes, memorial contributions can be made to Christ Lutheran Church of Spry in lieu of flowers.
