He was predeceased by: his father Neil E. Kohler; his brother Brian Kohler; and his brother-in-law Daniel Ketterman. He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Marie Kohler (Whitsel) of Dallastown; his siblings, Deborah A. Ketterman of York and Charles R. Kohler of Dover; and his sister-in-law Chris Kohler of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by three nephews, three nieces, three great-nieces, and one great-nephew.
