He was predeceased by: his stepfather Gerald Ingoe. He is survived by: his wife Amy L. Kurtz (Kuritz); his children, Geno Kurtz (Ali) and Emily Kurtz (Jordan Christy); his grandchildren, Braedyn, Jaxon and Colton; his brother Tim Kurtz (Cheryl); his stepsiblings, Tammy Lytle (Conrad) and Brad Ingoe (Laurie); his parents-in-law, Thomas Sr. and Nancy Kuritz; and his siblings-in-law, Pamela Groendyk (Kevin Heagerty) and Thomas Kuritz (Lora). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
