She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Miller and Helen Miller; her former husband John H. Steffee, Jr.; her son Michael; her husband Robert Stover; her brother James Miller; and her daughter Nancy Ann Stover Anthony.
She is survived by: her children, John Steffee (Martha) of Harrisburg, Linda Steffee (Quentin) of State College, Thomas Steffee (Cyndie) of Simpsonville, SC, Suzanne Watson (Jim) of Landisville and Amy Moeder (Pat) of Winter Springs, FL.; and her stepchildren, Candice Harold (Perry), Robert Stover (Caren) of New Cumberland and Daniel Stover (Lorie) of York. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren, his 5 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Hospice and Community Care, 685 Good Dr, Lancaster, PA 17601 and Eastminster Presbyterian Church, 311 Haines Rd, York, PA 17402 in honor of Joanne's generous and compassionate spirit.
