He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Witkowski (Marshner); his sons, John A. Witkowski, Jr. (Kathy), David J. Witkowski (Rita), Steve J. Witkowski (Lorraine), Kenneth J. Witkowski (Linda) and Andrew J. Witkowski (Tammy); and his grandchildren, John, III, Richard, Kristin and Stefanie. He is also survived by step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
