Mann (York, Pennsylvania), born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 26, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy E. Mann (Hoover); his parents, J. Russell Mann and Leona Mann (Pryor); his grandson Brent Amspacher; and his great grandchildren, Ben Wolfe and Wyatt Amspacher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah S. Amspacher (David) of Dover, Victoria L. Henry (Kenneth) of North East, MD, Pamela M. Smith (Wayne) of York and Teresa K. Kling (Charles) of Thomasville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; a step grandson; 24 great grandchildren; and three great great grandsons.
