He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ruby and Elizabeth May Kaltrieder; and his brothers, Gilbert Mundis (Geraldine), Cletus Ruby (Joan) and Blain Ruby (Sue).
He is survived by: his wife Jean Campbell Ruby; and his children, Stephen Ruby (Cindy), Joann Ruby Manuel (Charles), Gary Fidler (Christine), Dennis Fidler (Tracy) and Laurie Fidler Yeakel. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
