She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Hoover and Mildred Hoover (Coles). She is survived by: her sons, Todd E. (Sherry Rutledge) of York and Brent R. (Kelly Rutledge) of Dover; her grandson Cole (Rachel Rutledge); and her sons, Caleigh (Dalton Stone), Evan Rutledge, Addison Rutledge, Grant (Shyann Rutledge), Brady Rutledge and Liberty Lucia.
Viewing was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc. (1551 Kenneth Rd, York, PA 17408). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Calvary United Methodist Cemetery (519 Pottsville St, Wiconisco, PA 17097).
