He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Jacoby; his children, Karen Hoover (Todd) of York, Karla Wolfe (Robert) of York and Craig Jacoby (Melissa) of York; and his grandchildren, Nichole Funk (Chad) of Dover, Christopher Hoover (Sarah) of Manchester, Lauren Schwerin (Josh) of Drumore, Eric Eyster of Harrisburg, Kayla Pavlosky (Nick) of Mechanicsburg and Nathan Jacoby (Ashley) of York.
