The passing of Kathy Jane Buckingham of York, Pennsylvania leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 4, 2025 at the age of 80. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Clinton Ruby and Leona Ruby; her brothers-in-law, Oscar Buckingham and Bob Anderson; and her nephew Eric Buckingham.
She is survived by: her husband Joe; her daughter Jami Peters (Brian); her grandson Owen; her sister Sue Ann Anderson; her nephew Jim Anderson; her siblings-in-law, Cathy Hays (Bill), Donna Zeager, Rose Boyer (Pork), Nancy Buckingham, Tom Buckingham (Faye) and Jay Buckingham (Roxanne); and her sibling's children, Ronald, Beckie, Bradley, Steve, Emily, Kristin, Marc, Heather, Nikki, Craig, Amy, Cheyanna, Ciara and Dakota. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Etzweiler Funeral Home - York (1111 E Market St, York, PA 17403). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kathy's memory to the Alzheimer's Association (http://www.alz.org).
