She was predeceased by: her father Bernard Smallwood. She is survived by: her mother Gwendolyn Banks; her son Dajour O'Neal Esha Simmons of York; her stepfather Samuel Plater; her brother Jamaine Simmons of York; and her grandmother Mary Richardson of York. She is also survived by 16 siblings, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
