He is survived by: his sister Kay Stokes; his wife Jane; his daughter Lisa Barton (Brooke); his grandchildren, Mike Shultz (Tammy), Randy, Lacy, Kyle, Katie and Olivia; his great grandchildren, Trae, Riley, Madison and Miles; his siblings, Guy Shultz, Jr. and Linda Soto; and his caregivers, Brin and Krista.
