He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Orr (Kearse) and Charles Orr; and his siblings, William Kearse, Leon Kearse, Norman Orr, Lenwood Orr (Odell), George Orr, Leaford Orr, Mazie Orr, Ertha Moon and Eloise Huggins.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen V. Orr of Dover; his grandsons, Darius Orr Mitchell (Lereese), Kameron Linwood Orr and Montell Orr Pate; and his sisters, Mary Barker of Harrisburg, Mary Preston of York and Amanda Evans of Orangeburg, S. C.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and Mason Brothers.
