It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marc D. Portner of York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 29, 2026, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Pamela Mae Bisker (Charles Bisker) of York; and his grandchild Maylani. He is survived by: his father Donald Eugene Portner; his children, Kayla Portner, Marcie Portner, Gracey Ougri and Marc D. Portner, Jr.; his grandchildren, Ivy, Vanessa, Bryson and Eleanor; his siblings, Kimberly Grove, Kristine Enriquez, Kathleen Giuffrida, Donald Eugene Portner, Jr. and Brian Portner; and his stepsiblings, Sarah Niebregge, Scott Bisker, Jason Bisker, Joseph Bisker and Jess Bisker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
