She was predeceased by: her husband Lester L. Wiley; her parents, Thomas R. Jenkins and Frances B. Jenkins (Sanders); her daughter Patricia A. Wiley; and her siblings, Louise E. Darnell, John Percy Jenkins, Elsie M Hanger, Myrtle Ruth Behl, James Evertte Jenkins, Thomas Allen Jenkins and Verna Lee Bateman.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda L. Hess (James); her grandchildren, Shawn Seifert (Margaret Lockner), Damien M. Hess (Storey) and Derrick M. Hess (Andrea); her great grandchildren, Reed Seifert and Alexander Hess; her great great grandchildren, Jalen and Diana Grace; and her sister Erma Mae Hysell.
Viewing will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. (1551 Kenneth Rd, York, PA 17408). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
