We announce the death of Margaret A. Polt (York, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 1, 2026, at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert William Polt; her parents, Earl B. Middaugh and Gladys A. Middaugh (Boyd); her children, Anne Marie McPherson and William Goerlitz; and her brother Alexander Boyd.
She is survived by: her daughters, Samantha O'Heren (Kevin) of York and Susan Conte (John) of Olyphant, PA; her grandchildren, Megan Knox, Matthew O'Heren, Sara Hreha, Bryan Wojcak, Christopher Wojcak, Emerald Goerlitz and William Goerlitz III; and her siblings, George Middaugh, Anne Ericsson, Diana Rankin and Joan Heller. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
