He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Bortner and Alverta Bortner (Miller); and his daughter Diana Bates. He is survived by: his daughter Michele Trump (Jeff); his grandson Chad Bish (Janice); and his great grandchildren, Levi and Samuel Bish.
