She was predeceased by: her husband Donald L. Shoffner; her parents, Ernie Helfrich and Mildred Helfrich (Swartz); her brother Francis "Butch" Helfrich; her stepmother Viola "Butch" Helfrich; and her grandfather Mervin Schwarts.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Myers, Lisa Shoffner, Donald Shoffner, Jr. and Thomas Shoffner; and her brothers, Richard Helfrich, Ernest Helfrich and Ronnie Helfrich. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
