With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Ellen Folk (York, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 31, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Lacey Folk; her parents, Charles Day and Sadie Day (Sease); her son Carl Cortez Folk; her sisters, Grace L. Teal, Jamie Day and Geraldine Glover; her sons-in-law, Henry Harris and Joe Boy; and her grandsons, Teriney Folk, Gerald Hickman III and Dervin "Keyion" Gwynn.

She is survived by: her children, Annette Friend (Nathaniel), Pauline "Winnie" Folk, Robert Folk (Gina), William Folk (Jackie) and Regina Harris; and her daughter-in-law Anita Folk.
