Wise (Shipman); his son Scott E. Wise; his grandchildren, Kacie Morrison (Harry) and Zackary Z. Wise; his great grandchildren, Axel L. Morrison and Archer M. Morrison; his stepchildren, Philip Ford (Bethany) and Rachelle L. Ford; his stepgrandchildren, Damon Stayer, Eithen Ford and Bella Ford; his stepgreat-grandson Coleman Strayer; and his sisters, Yvonne L. Koons and Linda A. Harrold. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wagner-Elfner & Burg Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (3070 Cape Horn Rd, Red Lion, PA 17356). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
