He is survived by: his spouse Tammy J. Dunham (Kiger); his parents, Robert Dunham and Elaine Dunham (Hartman); his children, Steven M. Dunham, Renee McCulloch and Kelsi Hubler; his grandson Caleb McCulloch; and his brother Robert "Boo" Dunham (Holly).
