He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip S. Leiphart, Jr. and Betty R. Leiphart (Snyder). He is survived by: his wife Jacalyn J. "Jackie" Poe; his daughters, Sara A. Minnich of York and Carrie L. Poe of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Sebastion, Skye and Madison; his sisters, Mary Case and Ruth Ann Freed; Sarah, Lexi and Selina.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation (849 E Market St, York, PA 17403).
