Nancy Hopkins Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 4, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Nancy Hopkins in York, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John P. Hopkins; her parents, Einar A. Hedlund and Evah Hedlund (Spencer); and her brothers, Howard and Dave Hedlund.

She is survived by: her son David Hopkins (Wei) of Lexington, MA; her granddaughter Jenny (Muaaz); her great grandchild Elias Hopkins Salagar (Andy Hopkins); her stepsons, Ian, Scott and James van Tonningen; her sisters-in-law, Judith Hedlund and Margaret Hedlund; Lauren, Sarah Hopkins and Susan van Tonningen (Scott). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial donations to be made to Mason Dixon Baptist Church, 713 Campbell Road, New Freedom, PA 17349.
