She was predeceased by: her husband David P. Emig; her parents, Frank Lauer and Esther Lauer (Ream); and her sons, David P. Emig, Jr. and Daniel O. Emig.
She is survived by: her sons, Dean P. Emig of Buxton, NC and Steven J. Emig (Jennifer) of York, PA; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Caitlin, Nelson, Taylor and Nicolas; and her siblings, Phillip Lauer of Spring Grove, PA and Karen Myers of York, PA.. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
