She is survived by: her children, Jesica Lewellyn, Tasha Reever, Brian Scott Fauth, Brittany Wolf and Kaitlyn Wolf; and her brothers, Kevin Lewellyn, Sr. (Michelle) and William Lewellyn (Christy). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
