Lentz, Sr.; her children, Rhonda Sparks (Robert), Julie Mooney (Gary), John R. Lentz, Jr. and Kelly Lentz; and her sisters, Bonnie Sanford (John) and Barbara Stabley (Greg). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
