With solemn reverence, we commemorate Peggy S. Shearer in York, Pennsylvania, whose life came to an end on September 27, 2025 at the age of 63, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn E. Barshinger and June L. Barshinger (Fitz); and her sister Donna Hollerbush. She is survived by: her husband Timothy L. Shearer; her son Justin Sotdorus of Denver, CO; her stepchildren, Chelsea Watson of Hanover, Cody Shearer of Red Lion and Cassidy Mohar of Red Lion; her grandchildren, Karter, Kyah, Jackson, Emerson, Lincoln and Taytum; and her brothers, Larry Barshinger (Glenda) of Dallastown and Mark Barshinger (Karen) of Dallastown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc. (35 Gotham Pl, Red Lion, PA 17356). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
