With sadness, we share the passing of Philip H. Dubbs of York, Pennsylvania. Philip, born on October 30, 1941, passed away on August 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra L. Dubbs (Sheffer); his parents, John G. and Mary S. Dubbs (Groscost); and his siblings, Paul, Donald, Robert, Martin, Will Dubbs, Sally Dewitt and Rose Ford.
He is survived by: his children, David A. (Wendi Dubbs) of York, Aaron T. (Karly Dubbs) of York, Tyler A. (Marissa Dubbs) of York and Brooke A. (Devin Bartrom) of Pittsville, MD; and his sister Delores Coburn of Louisiana. He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
