He was predeceased by: his wife Kay F. Quigley (Ness); his parents, William H. Quigley, Sr. and Mary I. Quigley (Morrisson); and his children, Danny L. Quigley and Karen L. Quigley-Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Joey D. Quigley of York and Melissa A. Quigley of Red Lion; and his grandchildren, Kristopher Quigley, Justin Quigley (Lisa), Laura Mummert, Shana Quigley, Rebecca Hubler (Timothy) and Alicia Quigley. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
