He was predeceased by: his spouse Ferald Arlene Forry (Sechrist); and his parents, Roy A. Forry and Grace Forry (Black). He is survived by: his children, Zane E. Forry (Deb) and Lynn A. Fulton (David); and his grandchildren, Zane Forry, George Forry, Wade Fulton and Drew Fulton. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
