Though Ricky may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Shaffer and Carmen Shaffer; his nephew Jason Shaffer; and his grandson Andrew Rhoades. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Shaffer; his brother Jeffrey Shaffer (Deborah); and his stepchildren, Del Shannon Miller and Katherine Miller. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
