He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Shaffer (Cooper); his children, Caryn Shaffer (Robert Stoneback) of Wayne, PA and Bryan Shaffer (Xiomara) of York; his brother Darrell Shaffer (Elisa) of Pittsburgh; his godmother Florence Turkovich of Pittsburgh; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Victoria Shaffer, Evan, Sydney and Kerington Cooper.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (2935 Kingston Rd, East York, PA 17402). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
