He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Cuthbert and Margaret Cuthbert Sr. (Brennan). He is survived by: his wife Joann Cuthbert (Zartman); his siblings, Kathy Labenz (Jack) of Sewell, NJ, Marie Carr (Mike) and Bill Cuthbert (Christina) of Springfield, PA; his sister-in-law Kathy Cuthbert Serano; his mother-in-law Evelyn Zartman; and his pet Toby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
