He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Kopp. He is survived by: his daughter Beth Wiley (Scott) of Millersville, MD; his grandchildren, Jennifer Mercer (Brian) of Wyckoff, NJ and Andrew Wiley of Severna Park, MD; and his great grandchildren, Everett, Brennan and Cooper Mercer.
