He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert E. Rawlinson and Helen K. Rawlinson (Frey); his former life partner Mary Rawlinson (Stockman); his stepdaughter Joan Epley; and his siblings, Herbert, Charles, Richard, Phyllis and Dorothy.

He is survived by : his wife Karen A. Rawlinson (Leiphart); his sister Judy Boren; and his stepdaughters, Kathy Dittenhafer (David), Kristen Hale (Kelsey) and Sandra Smith.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion United Church of Christ (100 Lafayette St, York, PA 17401). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bob's memory may be made to Zion United Church of Christ, 100 Lafayette Street, York, PA 17401.
