He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Philip A. Hoover and Elizabeth Jane Hoover (Fles); his sister Lisa Mavromatis; and his sister-in-law Anne Hoover (Benjamin A. Hoover). He is survived by: his wife Linda June Hoover (McQuaid); his daughters, Caroline, Madeline of Alexandria, VA and Leah S. Hoover (Alexander Hurd); and his siblings, Benjamin A. Hoover, Barbara K. Hahn (Louis), Susan E. Hoover of Lancaster, PA and Sarah J. Dietrich (Brian) of Malvern, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
