He was predeceased by: his wife Norma A. Stough (Stein); and his parents, Martin L. Stough and Mary Martha Stough (Rinehart). He is survived by: his children, Mary Lou Berkheimer (Gary) of Red Lion, Frederic Stough (Denise) of Ebensburg, Karl Stough (Deborah) of Owasso, OK and James Stough of Eldersburg, MD. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
