He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Viands (Moul); his children, Ted, Ned, David, Robert Viands, Chanda Radabaugh and Melissa Keller; his grandchildren, Casey, Jared, Paige, Collin, Grant, Braden and Katharine; and his sister Gloria Dickey. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
