He was predeceased by: his father Dominic M. Mastantoni, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Eileen Mastantoni (Gorman); his grandmother Eileen Gorman; his sisters, Kristin, Debra and Jennifer Mastantoni; and his siblings' children, Sierra Mastantoni, Piper Foy, Dominic Mastantoni and Jamey Janson. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and many cousins.

Donations in Ryan's name to Life's Beacon Foundation, 506 N. George Street, York, PA 17404 would be appreciated.
